At Vine Apparel, we want you to love your new look, so we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
